One of my goals this year is to learn Yoga. So far I have the Yoga matt but now I am at a stand still. I have let work and other activities overtake most of my time again. My health has been iffy the last couple years and I need to keep moving into a healthier lifestyle. I am looking forward to this goal so hopefully by the time summer hits my obligations will be fulfilled with the other activities I am doing and I can focus more on myself physically.

Goals are a wonderful thing 🙂

  1. I discovered yoga a couple of years ago and I love it, it makes such a difference! I hope you manage to give it a go.

    Have you checked out youtube by the way, there are loads of yoga videos on there, some of them are quite short, like 20 or 30 min, which can be great for a busy schedule….
